I've already blocked it as the whois search threw up certain links listing the ip as proxy. But I've not done a diligent check (e.g. attempting to myself edit using the proxy) as I'm not currently editing on a secure platform. Request a peer review of the block and a subsequent reduced block (to a week) if the initial proxy suspicion is wrong. Thanks. http://getproxifying.info advertises an open proxy service, and I verified that it works as a web proxy. Just type whatismyip.com into the site's URL field and it reports back 74.117.59.145. Based on this positive finding, I've increased the block to one year and made it a hardblock. EdJohnston (talk) 04:35, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
