The result of the discussion was history merge and delete. Six revisions from Downsizing (Film) has been merged to Downsizing (film). -- Tavix (talk) 02:39, 5 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I don't normally suggest {{R with history}} redirects for deletion, but this is definitely an exception. Long story short, for one, the capital letter in the disambiguator makes the refirect unlilely as a search term. Also, the edit history of this redirect is about a subject without an article on Wikipedia. At the least, the history of the redirect may need to be restored and moved over to a title in the "Draft:" namespace (but I'm not sure where as the subject of the redirect's history was supposedly supposed to be released in 2014 ... the past), or maybe the redirect and its history should be deleted due to the subject in the redirect's edit history being unnotable and not eligible for an article per Wikipedia community standards. (This redirect was WP:PROD-ed in the past, but somehow, it ended up redirecting to the subject which it currently targets.) Steel1943 (talk) 21:08, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Histmerge and delete per nom. The current (film) article has more substantial page history back to March 2016. The (Film) article has five entries prior to that extending into January 2016. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 18:09, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was delete. Unopposed. -- Tavix (talk) 02:28, 5 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If I understand the situation correctly... these properties appears to have been sold by Thomson Reuters, but the new owner does not have an article (2014 here, I think). So there's nothing for these redirect to point at. Not sure what is done in such a situation? Elmidae (talk · contribs) 19:01, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was keep. Procedural early close. Looks there was indeed an article on him at the target; however that was changed. Article content should be restored and his notability should be discussed at AfD. (non-admin closure) Galobtter (pingó mió) 14:49, 1 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The subject is not mentioned in the target. Article initially created by an account currently indef blocked for abusing multiple accounts and undisclosed paid editing. K.e.coffman (talk) 18:28, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • It doesn't make sense as a redirect. I'm seeing quite a bit of coverage on the web, so it's not a case of clear-cut lack of notability. I suggest you restore the article and nominate it at AfD. – Uanfala (talk) 15:22, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Guild Wars (disambiguation)[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. Killiondude (talk) 05:55, 3 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A previous AfD, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Guild Wars (disambiguation), was closed with the decision to delete. The page was then recreated as a redirect to a section of an article. However, this redirect may not be appropriate because the target is not itself a disambiguation page or set index article. GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 17:11, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. Target is not a disambiguation page. Steel1943 (talk) 01:17, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom. Unless there are titles that aren't part of this franchise, there's no point in having a (dab) that isn't a dab. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 18:12, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There is some discussion on where this redirect should target, at Talk:Anonymouse (collective)#Requested move 3 December 2017. Thoughts? feminist (talk) 15:13, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've added a mention on the Anonymizer page. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 01:09, 20 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Travis Conneeley[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was delete. Killiondude (talk) 05:53, 3 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

After closing Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2017 December 18#Conneeley, I decided to check out this redirect and I don't think the current target is helpful. He's also mentioned at Australia's Next Top Model (cycle 3) and Australia's Next Top Model (cycle 4), none of which offer much information on him. Therefore, I believe search results to be better than a redirect to just one of the pages he's mentioned. -- Tavix (talk) 16:49, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom and WP:REDLINK, in case someone wants to write up an article about the composer. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 18:14, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete, WP:TOOSOON, for what it's worth, these are linked from the map in the target, so people clicking on a link will get back to where they came from and not a notice saying that the page does not exist. - CHAMPION (talk) (contributions) (logs) 09:46, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
