Above the list of nominations here, there's a series of statements about what should be done before nominating someone's userpage for deletion. Let me quote:

• Consider explaining your concerns on the user's talk page with a personal note or by adding {{subst:Uw-userpage}} ~~~~ to their talk page. This step assumes good faith and civility; often the user is simply unaware of the guidelines, and the page can either be fixed or speedily deleted using {{db-userreq}}.
• Take care not to bite newcomers - sometimes using the {{subst:welcome}} or {{subst:welcomeg}} template and a pointer to WP:UP would be best first.

Now, tell me, when you tried and failed to delete this user page one minute after this user joined Wikipedia through the Account Creation Improvement Project, and when you nominated this page here two minutes after the speedy deletion was declined, with how many of the above steps had you complied? • Keep nomination does not give a rationale for the page to be deleted. There isn't any expectation that "a user page must look like this", so "not really a user page" is irrelevant. The subject of the attack is unclear, but I suspect it is the Wikipedia community (in which case it is perfectly acceptable content).
