• Query It doesn't seem likely that this problem user is going to go away completely. The number of accounts and IP addresses that they have used is quite large and confusing. New editors who are not familiar with the history of this matter may find it quite difficult to understand what or who is meant by Jack Merridew if this page is deleted. Is there some better informational page to which it could be redirected to summarise the matter? This should list the various known aliases of this user and the current applicable sanctions. • Keep Both this page and the associated talk page (which would inevitably suffer 'incidental deletion') contain a lot of history pertinent to understanding why Jack has had such a raw deal. Although it would be convenient for some – particularly if the talk page's history were to disappear from the view of ordinary editors – it is in the best interests of the encyclopedia that everyone is able to see those histories for themselves.
