• Comment — Given the state of the portal as it stands now, the deletion seems justifiable. Question: Wikipedia holds a number of military of country X portals. Given the history of Germany I think a German military portal is justified. Can we negotiate a grace period for meaningful expansion of the current portal before it is again considered for deletion? • Delete, it is much more fun to create a new portal from scratch than to revive something like this.
