Basic information[edit]

This person puts false material into music articles, targeting mostly artists who were first active in the 1960s through the 1970s. Using an IP from Buena Park, California, most of the first year's worth of contributions about the Beatles and the Bee Gees appeared to be made in good faith, but in mid-March 2014 blatant falsehoods began showing up.[1][2] A long-running theme and the most recent spate of vandalism involved hoaxes about Kenny Loggins; hence the name of this case page. Once the original IP was blocked for a year, the person started using public IPs from nearby Garden Grove, Cerritos, etc.

  • Hernandezlariza was blocked indefinite starting 12 May 2015.
  • 2602:306:BD7E:CAA0:AC67:5AE4:64D0:5866 was blocked for 31 hours starting 13 May 2015.
  • Range-Blocked 2602:306:bd7e:caa0::/64 for 1 month starting 14 May 2015.

  • A three-month rangeblock was applied by NeilN to 2602:306:BD7E:CAA0::/64 on 22 August 2015.
  • A six-month rangeblock was applied by Bishonen to 2602:306:bd7e:caa0::/64 on 6 December 2015.
  • A one-year rangeblock was applied by Monty845 to 2602:306:bd7e:caa0::/64 on 7 July 2016.
