Basic information[edit]
This IP hopper located in the Chicago, Illinois area is most known for adding the adult-animated show Happy Tree Friends to the list of programs broadcast by Cartoonito, the Cartoonito USA original programming template, and the Cartoonito programming block page and claims that it is airing there in 2022. However, other general vandalism is committed as well. Will often edit war with other users in an attempt to reinstate their edits, false or not.

Mexico-based "Made in China"/Chinese disruption[edit]
A /64, 2600:1008:B067:2642:0:0:0:0/64 (block range · block log (global) · WHOIS (partial)), which is on a range used by this vandal, have reinstated edits on computer company pages (a known target of this vandal) that state that these companies are Chinese by another vandal in Monterrey, Mexico, making it possible that the two are connected.
