This non-free image of a train is stated to be not replaceable with a free alternative with "No free alternatives" providing no explanation as to why a free alternative is not possible. Although the train is not yet in service, an interior mockup photo is available on Commons (File:C Series Mockup of Set 127 (cropped).jpg) that is in fact used in the infobox in the article. Several issues with these. First of all, I question the copyright status - User:Hassanqasim may in fact own this magazine and have permission to release it under a GNU license, but is a simple claim of that enough? Secondly, these images have no conceivable encyclopedic value. They were previously (inappropriately) used in our article on Farooq Qaiser. I've removed them from there, and the only place I can possibly imagine them being more appropriate is in an artice on the magazine itself, which does not appear to be notable. Throw in the poor quality and framing and the fact that these are mostly primarily text for good measure...I think it's fair to say we can do without these. • Delete all - The release of this magazine material would need OTRS confirmation, and I suspect that there would be problems as there are photos of items that may have their own copyright. Regardless of whether that could be sorted out, these image are not useful. Their usage on the Qaiser article is not useful and really looked like an attempt to promote the magazine. We do not have an article on the magazine and many of these would not be useful even if such an article were to exist. -- Whpq (talk) 18:50, 17 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
