• Keep It doesn't say from where the source code to File:Flag of Hong Kong.svg was obtained or what its copyright status is. Per Adobe Systems, Inc. v. Southern Software, Inc. it seems that many SVG files are unfree unless we know where the source code comes from and unless we have a licence from the person who created the SVG file. File was previously listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files due to the goblin mask being potentially unfree. I'm not fully satisfied that the mask presents a copyright issue, but on the flip side, the image is not used anywhere and is not of especially good quality or particularly unique. • Delete According to this page, a US court found that Stormtrooper helmets are copyrighted artworks in the United States (although a British court found that the same helmet wasn't copyrighted in the United Kingdom). This looks like a very similar case, so the mask is presumably unfree in the United States but free in the United Kingdom.
