Isn't only users who are registered from year 2005 onwards are found in the user creation log? I thought users who are registered before 2005 are not found in the user creation log. I don't quite see how that's any of your business. Looking at Wikipedia:Changing usernames guidelines it states If a user wishes to stop using a personally identifying username (e.g. their real name or a name connected to it) this request should usually be performed. This is my most visible presence on the internet, the climate regarding personal information has changed since I created this account, and I don't want it readily associated with personal information. Further, is it within the purview of a clerk's duties to query requests in this manner, I don't see it listed at Wikipedia:Changing username/Assistance, which states The users listed on this page do not have the authority to accept or decline username change and usurpation requests.
