Sandbox editing[edit]

May I ask why you are adding and removing large amounts of text from your sandbox on a regular basis without editing any other area of Wikipedia on a regular basis? Just so you understand my concerns, the edit counter tool counts 51 edits to your sandbox in the past 24 hours, and 507 in the past week alone. This is without any other edits occurring. -- Longhair\talk 13:34, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

December 2018[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

The "show preview" button is right next to the "publish changes" button and below the edit summary field.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. - wolf 02:40, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to USS Ronald Reagan, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. - wolf 02:41, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

MfD nomination of User:Zyksnowy/sandbox[edit]

User:Zyksnowy/sandbox, a page which you created or substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Zyksnowy/sandbox and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Zyksnowy/sandbox during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 02:47, 3 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy[edit]

When I try to delete your sandbox I get the message: "you do not have permission to delete this page because its edit history exceeds 5,000 revisions. To prevent accidental disruption, its deletion is restricted to stewards. Please contact one for assistance." I will let you do that. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 18:29, 3 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

(edit conflict)Hi RHaworth, usual process for bigdelete is the admin asking for it - for a wiki like enwiki (where you have +1000 admins) you'll see a response like Steward requests/Miscellaneous#request deletion. Ordinary non-admins usually do not know what to say in case like this (and usually aren't supposed to ask) and cause bit of delay. Thanks. — regards, Revi 06:03, 4 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

New Classics Media moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, New Classics Media, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Notice

The article List of URI schemes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

this article is out of sync with the official registry thus highly inaccurate, and ranks higher than the official registry in Web search results. If there is a way to keep it accurate, it should be kept, otherwise it should be deleted.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
