Hi. I'd like to explain to you why what you are doing on the Gin Cooley article keeps being removed.

Firstly, plaudits do not belong in the lead sentence. This is because the lead sentence needs to be a brief and factual introduction to who the subject is and what they do. Adding "award winning" or similar, is peacocking. It effectively tells the reader nothing and leaves then with more questions than answers. What award? How did they win this award? Does this make her worth knowing about? There is plenty of room in the rest of the article to explain the award and her role in it.

Secondly, please do not upload photographs that you've taken from other websites to Wikipedia. These are almost always copyright violations and will always be removed.
