Hey, you were not at all wrong to post an introduction on our talk page, its always great to have new editors interested in human rights topics. It does seem like you might not quite have gotten the hang of the somewhat complex way that these pages are structured though. If you look at your edit you will see that you have added it to the top of the talk page, in the middle of someone else's comments from June about about another article.
