I have noticed that you have made a number of reports to WP:RFCN regarding problematic user names. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. However, take note that user names that are blatant violations do not generally require discussion and can be reported directly to WP:UAA where they can be acted on in a much quicker fashion. RFCN is really only for the names that are somewhat borderline and we may need some discussion before taking action.

I'm confused about your edit here. Office of Hawaiian Affairs is a legitimate government agency in the state of Hawaii, and this user is using their name. Per Wikipedia:Username policy, "you should not register under any name that would lead others to assume your account is associated with any person other than yourself," and "use of Wikipedia for promotion of a company or group is not permitted, and accounts that do this will be blocked. Use of a company or group name as a username is not explicitly prohibited, but it is not recommended, and depending on the circumstances may be seen as a problem."
