Please note. Removing the {{Reflist}} or <references /> tag from pages that have inline citations (i.e. <ref></ref> tags) will cause the page to generate a cite error. One of those two are required so inline citations automatically generate in the reference section. As such, I removed the reference from the reference section because it was automatically generated by the tag. I'm going to replace the tag again, and ask that you please leave it be.
