Hi I am quite new to Wiki editing and contributions, so please bear with me. Regarding your comment on my editing to change the name from Rajneesh to Osho. I am not sure what is usual on Wiki, but in normal life, when a person changes their name the new name supersedes the old. E.g. Marilyn Monroe not Norma Jeane Mortensen, Joseph Stalin not Ioseb Besarionis je Zhugshvili, or when a woman changes her name by marriage. I agree that the personage in question should still be refereed to as Rajneesh in quotes (as they were published like that), but in all other contexts his last name and the name under which all his works are now published. To refer to someone by a name they no longer used is disrespectful, and seems to be prejudiced to me and not at all neutral. Otherwise I found the tone of the article to be quite balanced with pro and anti views. However throughout the article half the time his name was given as Rajneesh and half the time as Osho. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree (and you may want to check with Nizil, who wants to take the article to GA and (hopefully) FA). The article's subject, IMO, is much better known in independent RS (including in the U.S., with which I'm most familiar) as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (the article's title). When I began the copyedit, I was disoriented by the exclusive references to "Osho" (including the infobox, whose caption differed from the article's title) until I realized that Rajneesh = Osho. However, according to the naming convention cited on the talk page we shouldn't use names retroactively (which is why I changed pre-1996 Mumbai and Pune to Bombay and Poona). While I agree that Rajneesh has been Osho since late 1988 (including, obviously, since his death), before then he was...well, Rajneesh (including his best-known—or most-notorious, depending on your POV—period). I'm copyediting the article not because of any particular interest, but because it's been on WP:GOCE/REQ for a long time (probably due to its length :-)). I don't remember making the changes you mention (and there are several editors besides me working on the article); I wikilink terms I don't understand, and since ANZAC is an acronym I capitalize it (as is the case with the articles about the units). I'm sorry if I have wrongly accused you of anything. Yes its a bit confusing when two other editors want to join in your copyedit. However, I do check each edit individually, so I know precisely who is doing what. If you look at the View History of this article you will see all my responses relate to the particular edit.

No, I am not in the slightest dissatisfied with your work. In fact I very much admire you and your colleagues in the Guild for the fantastic work you do to improve the quality of Wikipedia. I made the above comments about the heavy guns being linked to heavy machine guns because it introduced different information to that given in the sources and reflected in the article. I appreciate that there is a redirect from heavy guns to the heavy machine gun article so I understand why you made the link, but its wrong. The Anzac Mounted Division is not the army corps. It has been agreed on the MILHIST discussion page twice that the block capitals are wrong, in this instance, when it refers to the Anzac Mounted Division. As I have corrected this name twice, I realised you didn't get the message and so contacted you on your talk page, after correcting the name for a third time, to explain.

I thought you might be interested in Gallipoli Campaign#Aftermath In the Subsequent operations subsection you will find that the ANZAC was disbanded in mid 1916. The Anzac Mounted Division was actually called the Australian and New Zealand Mounted Division. The use of this name could lead to confusion with the Australian Mounted Division so its more widely known as the Anzac Mounted Division. Another reason the using of "Anzac" is honoured is because apart from reinforcements, all the Australian and New Zealand men in the division survived the Gallipoli Campaign.--Rskp (talk) 02:39, 12 August 2013 (UTC)

Most copyeditors use {{Done}} under the request to alert the GOCE coordiinators (or whoever is passing through with time on their hands :-)) that it needs to be archived (there's a link to the 2013 archive on the top right of the requests page, with instructions in the archive edit window if you want to DIY; if you're familiar with table syntax, it's easy).
