I notice you edited the Alii nui of Molokai page by deleting the repetitions (which is fine), but you also deleted a link to a source of information. It is better not to do that, or to delete material which is referenced, so I have restored it (the link, not the text). To answer your first question, I don’t know much about Hawaii, my edits on the subject were mostly in passing. However there is a Hawaii WikiProject for anyone who is interested in Hawaiian subjects, with current tasks and articles needing attention.

Secondly, On the redirect for Hiliamakani I’m OK with creating it, if you feel it is necessary, but currently it is a redlink with only one relevant incoming link. Is it likely to be an article, or to acquire any more links? If not, then a redirect could end up being redundant. Other options might be unlinking the name at the Hualani page, or adding the page link as a pipe (viz. [[Kaniuhu#Early_life_and_marriage|Hiliamakani]]). But if you still want it posted, let me know.
