I just wanted to provide some more information than the standard template message. Flickr provides their members with a variety of Creative Commons licenses to choose from. Not all of them are compatible with Wikipedia's licensing. In this particular case, the source image is a CC BY-NC-SA 2.0 license. This particular license does not allow for commercial usage. Wikipedia's licensing requires that the image (or text for that matter) be allowed to be used for commercial purposes.
