Penguins[edit]

Hi Fav. I bow to your superior knowledge on many subjects. I have a quick question: Does dopenguins seem a reasonable assumption for this? -- zzuuzz (talk) 21:57, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I think I have the answer, unless you have a different one, since I've came across DrelchWaggoon81 and DeCirca (talk · contribs · block log) in the same batch. I must brush up on these sock things. Off to do some re-tagging... -- zzuuzz (talk) 22:23, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Zzuuzz: In these matters, your superior knowledge is superior to mine. I was uncertain about the classification of this particular nuisance (see User talk:Bbb23#Potential sock (2), which coincidentally mentions an IP range of your acquaintance) and shall probably remain so. Favonian (talk) 15:03, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the pointer. I said you'd know better than me, and now I know where all the experts hang out. Anyway, there's some additional supporting evidence in this case which says you're right. -- zzuuzz (talk) 15:25, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Here we go again...[edit]

Their IP address is 194.168.147.164. Good luck. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 12:08, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, nvm. Yamla blocked them. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 12:08, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Titmouse Inc. Protected Question[edit]

Hello User:Favonian: I see that the Titmouse, Inc. article has been put on protected status. I have a COI request in this queue https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia_conflict_of_interest_edit_requests. My question is, does this status mean that a volunteer editor won’t be able to respond to my request on the talk page? Thank you and best! JillTMouse (talk) 20:52, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@JillTMouse: The protection was only for 10 days and expired on March 25. Further more, it was only a semi-protection, so editors with 4 days and 10 edits behind them could still edit the article. Favonian (talk) 05:42, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
