I suspect that most of the organisations about which you have been creating short stubs are not notable enough to qualify for Wikipedia articles but it is possible that a few are. In the case of these: slow down! - there is no hurry. I came here to say very much the same. I will add that the www.chinadevelopmentbrief.cn site is a directory and cannot be used to show notability. I really feel sorry for you. It must be very depressing to have more than one hundred submissions deleted but, sadly, the deletions are totally valid.
