to the top and

to the bottom of User:David Condrey/editing/scripts.js? By putting these tags inside of javascript comments, it won't impact the functionality of your script, but it will keep the backend software from transcluding Template:','. You will know if the tags worked if Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:',' no longer shows your javascript page.
