We are not interested in what organizations say about themselves. Rather, articles should be based upon reliable sources which are independent of the article's subject; that is, completely unaffiliated with it. If a substantial amount of such material doesn't exist, it is not notable and should not have an article about it at all. If it does, stick to facts those sources verify, and present them in a neutral way without any kind of "talking up" or promotional language.
