Hi Asharhamid, sorry for taking so long to reply. There are a couple options to move your article from Draft (see WP:DRAFT for details). One is to simply do a Move, see WP:MOVE. Another option is to submit the article for creation, which is what I recommend so you can get feedback and assistance from other editors, see WP:AFC for guidance.
