On the one hand, I'd like to approve this article. But there are just too many flaws:

• The overall tone isn't encyclopedic; it reads like a CV, and is more promotional in tone than I find acceptable. We don't need an "Academic Life" section detailing her academic history, and we don't need a list of every film she's ever made, and we don't need a list of every festival her key films have been screened at.

• Too few inline cites for the actual biographical information, and of the titanic heap of cites, very few actually discuss the subject.

• The external links section is a mess, and I recommend reviewing WP:EL. We don't need links to every video clip with Berardo in it the creator can find.

This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://goias.gov.br/governo/institucional/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted.
