What?[edit]

hi, I have never edited wikipideia. I have moved to a new address, went on Wikipedia and this 'new message' thing popped up. Why has it popped up if I in no way edited the Wikipedia? Could this be people in the area? Please explain, I'm confused. I just don't want my phone to be associated with this as I do not want to edit Wikipedia. I'm confused about what's going on. The contributions page says I have edited something in 2015 but how could I have done that with this IP address if I even wasn't here in 2015? Please, I really don't know what's happening. I don't care about this IP being blocked, I just want to know why it's showing up on my phone. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.132.233.229 (talk) 22:30, 17 March 2017‎ (UTC)[reply]
