One on One International was founded in 1997 by brothers Gerald T Mitchell and Gregory Mitchell. What started out as an afterschool program dedicated to helping youth with homework and sports recreational activities in New Orleans,four years later blossomed into an NCAA certified Athletic Recruiting Service,(One on One Athletic Recruiting Service) helping Highschool student athletes receive college scholarships to colleges and universities across the country. 
 One on One Athletic Recruiting Services has since added services aimed at providing ACT/SAT tutoring services, sports specific training, and Life style management/mentoring which helps its clients on and off the playing surfaces. Director of Recruiting Gregory Mitchell has helped countless student athletes who  were without any scholarship offers find scholarships, financial Grant in Aid, and Preferred Walk on opportunities that has lead to full athletic scholarships.
Gerald T Mitchell, CPT, has assisted in the development of countless athletes through his affiliation and work with SonicBoom Speed and Conditioning Academy(2006-) and famed trainer Wyatt Harris which is home to several top amateur and professional athletes. Gerald, continues to work in player development, consulting and mentoring role for both companies which help in the success of these growing companies.
