FYI - ClueBot and other Bots are automated programs. There is no person involved. Warnings, on the other hand, are created by a person, usually an Administrator, who has been alerted to a pattern of Bot actions. Another action that attracts Admins is to get into an 'edit war.' This is where you add something, someone else takes it out, you add it back.... Can lead to one or both parties being temporarily banned until tempers cool. Think of it as a 'time out.' Disputes are supposed to be taken to the Talk pages of the article in question rather than the Talk page of the other editor. Lastly, just because you know something is true, you cannot add it. (I've been down that road more than once.) You have to have an acceptable reference. David notMD (talk) 12:31, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

What are User pages for?[edit]

Look at a score or so of User pages and you will get an idea. Includes credentials such as milestones for how many edits, or how many articles the User has elevated to Good Article status. Topics of interest to the User. People with specialty degrees (MD, PhD...) may add those if they contribute in their area of expertise. Some people have been around for a LOOOOOONNNNGGGGGGG time, yet post very little. David notMD (talk) 21:56, 1 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Salty suite 2015, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a social network. Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Thank you for letting me know I'm wrong so I can attempt to do better Morintango (talk) 14:54, 26 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Morintango, the problem with those edits is you're not citing reliable sources; see WP:RS. PabloMartinez, reporting this as a vandalism-only account and slapping warning templates may not help much, and this is not, to my eyes, a vandalism-only account. Drmies (talk) 14:58, 26 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • But this kind of stuff is childish and will get you blocked. Don't make such edits again please. Drmies (talk) 14:59, 26 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
