Much better. Two items:

One, instead of links like this (http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/145225), put them into a bracketed format like this: [http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/145225 California State Bar Membership Records] . It will look like this: California State Bar Membership Records. That way the reader sees a descriptive clickable link and makes for a more elegant footnote.

Two, and this is more important, click on the photo of Larson you up-loaded. You will find it has been tagged for possible deletion for copyright violation. This is an area that I don't know much about, but I think you will "loose" the photo unless you can establish that you are the person who took the photo or have the rights from the originator to post the photo. But then a big wrinkle comes into play. The wrinkle is that Arent Fox probably owns the photo, so you may be connected with them. (Are you?) If so, then WP:COI comes into play. Even so, info from the firm info about Larson (who is a partner) verges on advertising and self-publishing, which are big no-nos in WP.--S. Rich (talk) 03:38, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
