The Sanlam-NBC Music Awards, was an annual award ceremony founded in 2003 and run by Sanlam Namibia and the Namibian Broadcasting Corporations. The awards were the first of it's kind to be held on Namibian soil to recognize artists in the music industry by celebrating those groups and individuals who have excelled. The awards are now replaced by the Namibian Annual Music Awards.

Entry Process[edit]

  • All recordings to the 5th Sanlam-NBC Music Awards must have been commercially released in Namibia or received airplay during the period 1 August 2003 to 30 September 2003.
  • There are no restrictions on the number of categories that an individual recording may be entered into, provided that each category’s selection criteria are adhered to, and unless the category rules state otherwise.
