RS GOWDRU born on 28 April 1989, In Tumkur District, Kunigal Taluk, Sondalagere Village Former Family Sri Ramanna and Smt Sakamma. His completed is schooling from his own village Sondalagere, Diploma from Sri Jayachamarajendra Govt Polytechnic Bangalore, B.Eng Graduation from M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology Bangalore(VTU) and Post Graduation in MBA. From Indira Gandhi National University New Delhi and Currently Research Schlor at Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgum.

He worked for Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd, Mumbai For 2 years and joined Govt of Karnataka in Department of Public Works,Ports and Inland Water Transport(PWD), Bengalure

Early life and education[edit]

RS Gowdru was born on 28 April 1989 in Sondalagere village of Kunigal taluk, Tumkur District, Karnataka. He earned his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra Govt Polytechnic, Bengaluru, Karnataka. His parents, Shri Ramanna and Smt. Sakamma were from a middle class agricultural background.^[1] Hence, he was exposed to the hardships of farmers, early in his life and later became a champion of the farmers cause.^[2]
