request the addition of an Associate Editor column Roncology (talk) 04:57, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You should first get consensus for this request. I personally would be against that addition. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 05:16, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And so would I... --Randykitty (talk) 08:39, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have no idea if there's any connection between this user's request and their later creation of the article D. N. Sharma, which I have nominated for deletion, but there may well be. Graham87 (talk) 15:14, 12 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

How might we use Wikidata for the website parameter?[edit]

Today I successfully used Template:Official website in an article's external links, but failed to implement Template:Official URL in this template. Am I doing it wrong, or does the template need an update to support Wikidata for the website? KarenJoyce (talk) 17:20, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'm no big fan of using Wikidata for anything, let alone for something as important as an official website. WD is riddled with errors and an easy prey for vandals. --Randykitty (talk) 17:29, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
