This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (i have created this article because he is vice chancellor at central university in India and as per Wikipedia:NACADEMIC it stated that if the person follow anyone criteria out of it, then he or she will be notable and it may follow the sixth criteria because vice chancellor is the highest post in a university and the university is also a central university in India, not a deemed or private university and he have a H index of 25 and I have written about his current post, His educational details and awards received by him, and I did not write anything promotional.) --TheSlumPanda (talk) 07:52, 14 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
