Dev, the Outlook news article has not mentioned any tribe or Sadan by name. If you are presuming that is automatically applicable then that seem to be WP:Synth . The second objection by nom @ ARE is Outlook article speaks / applies to only one district and the same you are applying to whole state of Jharkhand hence WP:Synth.
