Not sure. Could help a lot, but I'm not sure which law applies, whether it's an overall U.S. trolling law, or a law specific to a jurisdiction, or a foreign law if he's not a U.S. citizen. Actually, no, SGK has been active as recently as February 14, 2018. See this act of vandalism for example (it's quite obvious), which came from this IP range: 2600:1:f440::/44 (also recently abused by at least 1 other LTA before being rangeblocked). I actually think that is more likely to be Tikeem cumberbatch uttp tcgp own, from the "you are grounded" part, and because SGK never used Obama pictures as far as I remember (cf. [1] and [2]), but he's a meat puppet of SGK so it doesn't really matter. The rangeblock expires in August so we’ll probably have to wait until at least then for any return.
