Khaidi No. 150 ([Prisoner No. 150] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by V. V. Vinayak, and written by AR Murugadoss. The film features Chiranjeevi in a dual role,Kajal Agarwal in the lead role and marks as the former's comeback to acting in his 150st film[1] after 10 years.[2] It is a remake of the Tamil film Kaththi (2014). Principal photography of the film commenced in June 2016 in Hyderabad.[3][4] [5]

Development

Chiranjeevi's [6]Cite error: The <ref> tag has too many names (see the help page).[7] The film is being financed by Ram Charan and A. Subashkaran and V. V. Vinayak will direct Chiranjeevi for the second time. The Paruchuri Brothers wrote the script.[8] Devi Sri Prasad will compose music for the film.[9]

Casting

The film features Chiranjeevi in the dual role. Kajal Aggarwal was finalised as the heroine in late July 2016.[10][11][12]Shriya Saran was selected for a very important role.[13][14][15] Tarun Arora was selected as the antagonist for the film.[16]

Filming

Principal photography commenced on 23 June 2016[9][17] as key sequences being shot at Chanchalguda Central Jail in Hyderabad.[18] Later, in August 2016 Chiranjeevi and Kajal together joined the shooting at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad.[19] A special song was on Raai Laxmi and Chiranjeevi in October 2016. In November two songs were shot in the locations of Europe on the lead pair Chiranjeevi and Kajal.[20][21] Jani Master is the dance director.[22] Ram Lakshman are the fight masters.[22]

Music

The soundtrack album and background score were composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The soundtrack album consists of five tracks.
