The title of the page "United States presidents and control of congress" appears to be at odds with the content of the page, which seems to be more focused on the relationship between control of Congress and Historical Approval Rating. Unless sources and documentation are provided, this page is worthless. I would worry about that before trying to improve other parts of the article. Unless someone can find the original source material or replicate these data, this page should be taken down. --- Guest

The graphs show a number of errors: Taft was a Republican, not a Democrat. The Senate was Democrat all through the Reagan years. The President colours are wrong from 1889 to 1897.

@Dicklyon, I think that the full "President of the United States" is a proper noun, and as the correct plural of this proper noun is "Presidents of the United States" this means that the moves as proposed are correct. Certainly lists already using the 'Presidents of the United States' ordering capitalise such as List of Presidents of the United States (see also Category:Lists relating to the United States presidency which has many many lists using the proposed format). Though an internet search does seem to bring up some differing opinions on whether "President of the United States" is a proper noun. Maybe the best thing would be to make this move (as the current title is inconsistent with the vast majority of other articles on this matter) and then have a wider discussion involved all the pages related to the presidency of the United States. Interestingly as "United States President" is not a proper noun the titles of the articles currently in this move request are grammatically incorrect and if we were to keep the current format should be "List of fictional United States presidents", though of course that is just an academic aside as they're all about to moved to a better title formulation anyway.
