Brazil as superpower

- Yes, the section definitely needs some reliable sources. But reliable sources that support Brazil as a potential superpower are thin on the ground. I haven't been able to find any. Brazil is in a very different category than true potential superpowers like China, India and even the European Union. There are lots of academic sources supporting those.
