I've redirected this template to the [[:Template:Mexico City neighborhoods]], which contains all neighborhoods for which there is an article. While it is admirable that someone tried to provide through coverage for Cuauhtémoc and presumably wanted to go on to do that for all the boroughs, with 1000+ colonias I think that will be a long time coming. So, better to have a Navbox featuring all the principal neighborhoods which have triggered someone to write an article for them so far.
