He is the father of Sonny Corinthos and Courtney Matthews. He is the grandfather of their children. He was formerly married to Adela.

• Adela Corinthos

Adela was the mother of Sonny Corinthos and Ric Lansing. She is the grandmother of their children. Was married to Mike, ex-fiance of Trevor, and was also married to Deke Woods.(deceased)

• Trevor Lansing

Trevor is Adela's ex-fiancé and the father of Adela's youngest son, Ric Lansing. Trevor & Adela split when Trevor asked her to make a choice between giving up Sonny or keeping Ric. She chose Sonny. Trevor died in February 2009 after falling off the roof of General Hospital.

• Janine Matthews

Janine is the ex lover of Mike Corbin (while Mike was cheating on Adela) with whom he had a child (Courtney Matthews).
