 Question: By "under display advertising", do you mean as some kind of detail of display advertising? That seems to make sense from a "this is a way to measure that" point of view, but it is not clear from your request. Otherwise, the list seems alphabetically organized, so COI would come first. The unprotect request needs to be made over at the request for page protection page. Given the reason for protection and the nature of the template, I wouldn't hold my breath.
