Gary, I just double-checked a couple of the titles you just mentioned. All I did was to protect them against new users. The blocks aren't admin-only, I assure you. • OK, the Scooby-Doo articles are wide open and it looks as if I did indeed accidently place full protection on a couple of them. I promise to double-check the rest of those blocks I placed today. It's just that these juvenile-themed entertainment pieces are the targets of what is quite possibley the most persistent vandal I've ever had to deal with. I sure do hear you and I've been thinking about the same thing for most of the evening. The really frequent target articles this guy has been most active on are already locked down. I spent 45 minutes blocking the latest round and wondered later why the heck I bothered. This is a really unusual case, but I honestly don't want to spend this kind of time blocking whatever he touches; it's become counterproductive and this hassle I've inadvertently put you through is proof. I'll just keep swatting the socks if and when they come in. His new LTA page is here if you'd like to get a better idea of what this individual is about.
