I'm afraid that the 'are' part is dependant on what follows. It is dependant on the nouns or words that follow the sentence. The basic prefix could be 'ngu' but like i said, its entirely dependant on what follows. Translation of Names Usually, in the Zulu language, if one is referring to the English name of something, for example a building, shopping centre or something like that, the name of the place is kept in English as it is a generally recognised proper noun. The pronunciation would obviously be different (especially by a 1st language Zulu speaker) but as far as i know, the name of a church would stay in English.
