Forest City Lovers are a Canadian indie pop band. Based in Toronto, the band consists of vocalist, guitarist and songwriter Kat Burns, violinist Mika Posen, bassist Kyle Donnelly and percussionist Steve Lappano.[1]

Formed by Burns shortly after the release of her independent solo EP For the Birds in 2005[2], the band released its debut album, The Sun and the Wind, independently in 2006. The single "Castles" was playlisted on CBC Radio 3.

The band's second album, Haunting Moon Sinking was released in 2008 on Out of This Spark.
