What can be done about a verified sockpuppet who has been blocked, but still has adopter information? I am specifically referring to User:Kashwialariski, who I stumbled upon when looking at the others who are ready to adopt. This is kind of a procedural question also.... There are an awful lot of editors on this list who haven't edited in months. Anyone have any objections to me culling the herd a bit? I'd probably do that in conjunction w/ removing the userbox from their user page. I'll leave this up here a couple days before I start digging in.
