The IP has admitted to being Unfriendly Aliens, who was checkuser blocked last year [1]. The 6 month block on the IP has expired, and they made a post to AN claiming to be Aliens' Probes [2]. The obvious username and IP overlap make this a WP:DUCK.

They don't seem to understand why they were blocked. They were initially blocked for trolling, disruption and generally being WP:NOTHERE under their account Nuclear Sergeant, then a checkuser blocked their other account and IP.
