What can be done about a verified sockpuppet who has been blocked, but still has adopter information? I am specifically referring to [[User:Kashwialariski]], who I stumbled upon when looking at the others who are ready to adopt. This is kind of a procedural question also.... What can be done about a verified sockpuppet who has been blocked, but still has adopter information? I am specifically referring to User:Kashwialariski, who I stumbled upon when looking at the others who are ready to adopt. This is kind of a procedural question also....
