Written and illustrated by Rasuko Ōkuma, Stardust Telepath initially started in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara magazine on May 9, 2019, as a two-chapter guest work.[5][6] It began a full serialization in the same magazine on July 9, 2019.[7][8] The first tankōbon was released on July 27, 2020.[9] As of September 2023, four volumes have been released.[10]

Anime

An anime television series adaptation was announced on October 7, 2022.[14][1] It is produced by Studio Gokumi and directed by Kaori, who will also supervise the scripts with Natsuko Takahashi. Takahiro Sakai will design the characters and serve as chief animation director, and Asuka Sakai will compose the music.[15][16] The series premiered on October 9, 2023, on AT-X and other networks.[17] The opening theme song is "Ten to Sen" (点と線, "Points and Lines") by Miku Itō, while the ending theme song is "Tentaizu" (天体図, "Celestial Map") by SoundOrion.[18] Crunchyroll licensed the series outside of Asia.[19] Muse Communication licensed the series in Southeast Asia.[20]

In 2021, the series was nominated in the seventh Next Manga Awards in the Best Printed Manga category.[21]
