Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi (Japanese: うちの会社の小さい先輩の話, "Story of a Small Senior in My Company") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Saisō. It has been serialized in Takeshobo's Storia Dash website since April 2020, with its chapters collected into five tankōbon volumes as of October 2022. An anime television series adaptation is set to premiere in 2023.

Written and illustrated by Saisō, Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi began serialization in Takeshobo's Storia Dash website on April 3, 2020.[2] The first tankōbon volume was released on October 30, 2020.[3] As of October 2022, five volumes have been released.[4]

An anime television series adaptation was announced on October 17, 2022. It is set to premiere in 2023.[1][9]
