日本語: 食道狭窄による多発性食道潰瘍。滑脱型食道ヘルニアによって逆流性食道炎を来し、それによる瘢痕狭窄によって食道胃接合部に狭窄を来して食道内に食物が滞留するようになったもの。直径10mmのカメラの通過は多少抵抗があるが何とか可能狭窄より口側は拡張している(megaesophagus)。72歳、男性。。少し前に鶏肉塊が詰まって、内視鏡的異物除去処置を行った。
