Syed Shah Saddarudin Lakyari was a Muslim saint, said to have came to South Asia in order to avoid the persecution by Abbasid rulers in old Iraq. He is believed to be a person from the eighth generation of Imam Musa al-Kazim, the seventh of the Twelve Imams according to the Twelver Shi'ism branch of Islam. Shah Saddar's shrine is a famous place for many people of Pakistan who regularly come there to pay their respect and prayers. The Shrine of Laki Shah Saddar is located in Jamshoro, Sindh.[1]
